Narda NBM-520
RF Survey Meter
The Narda NBM-520 broadband field meter considered the most accurate non-ionizing radiation survey system available. A compact handheld device for measuring electric and magnetic fields, the NBM-520 has the simplest operation with just four buttons, and gives extremely accurate results for electromagnetic field strength measurements. The NBM-520 is capable of handling applications from a few Hertz through to long wave and up to high frequency microwave radiation, using a selection of interchangeable probes for electric and magnetic fields.
The field strengths are captured by the Narda NBM-520 with flat frequency response probes or probes with shaped frequency response, allowing the measurement values to be assessed against an environmental or occupational safety standard.
With the calibration factors for each probe stored in the probe itself and automatically delivered by the measuring set, the NBM-520 probe has a non-volatile memory containing device parameters and calibration data. With probes calibrated independently of the meter, the NBM-520 probe can be used with any NBM-500 Series meter and still maintain total calibration.
