The Keysight UXR0134A 13 GHz, 4-channel, UXR-series real-time Infiniium oscilloscope with ultra-high performance allows you to achieve advanced technology breakthroughs with full bandwidth and channel upgradability up to 110 GHz.
Allowing you to get the most accurate representation of your signal with ultra-low noise floor, the Keysight UXR0134A facilitates higher modulation standards with 10-bit ADC and superior ENOB performance. It's the industry's most precise real-time oscilloscope and decreases the timing error of your dual-polarization coherent modulation with 4 full-bandwidth channels, all in one instrument.
