The Keysight, formerly Agilent N5173B-513 is a 13 GHz EXG Analog Signal Generator. The N5173B-513 can be used to test microwave components and receiver parameters. This includes performing LO up conversion for microwave backhaul links and CW blocking for receiver testing.
