The Keysight DSOS604A is a 6 GHz oscilloscope from the brand formerly known as Agilent, and is part of its famous Infiniium series of scopes.
Incorporated with new technology, Infinium S-Series high definition oscilloscopes deliver superior measurements. Equipped with low-noise front end, correction filters, vertical scaling support down to 2mV/division, and a 10-bit ADC along with precise time base, these produce high-fidelity measurements. S-Series oscilloscopes are enabled to tackle a wide range of test needs with an advanced frame and a broad range of capabilities.
You can also make your own custom measurement and analysis routines, user-defined filters or instrument applications with MATLAB software which is readily available from Keysight.
