4 Ch 20 GHz Oscope
The Keysight DSAV204A is part of the brand's Infiniium V-Series of oscilloscopes. When deploying emerging high-speed serial bus technology, identifying spectral content of wide-bandwidth RF signals, or analyzing transient physical phenomena, the truest representation of the signals under test is needed. The Keysight Infiniium V-Series oscilloscopes are engineered to deliver superior measurement accuracy. Utilizing a proprietary Indium Phosphide integrated circuit process, has enabled the V-Series to have high-frequency capability while yielding the low noise and jitter measurement floors.
The V-Series oscilloscopes offer more than 40 measurement-specific application packages including jitter, triggering, measurement and analysis tools and full compliance certification test suites.
Key features of the DSAV204A:
- 20 GHz analog bandwidth (upgradable)
- 4 analog channels
- Capture a longer signal trace with up to 80 GSa/s sample rate and 2 Gpts of acquisition memory
- Get the best signal integrity with the low noise floor (1.54 mVrms at 50 mV/div) and lowest jitter measurement floor (100 fs)
- See better measurement accuracy with ENOB values in excess of 5.5 and a SFDR exceeding 50 dBC
