Accurately measure differential and single-ended signals with the high-performance Keysight (formerly Agilent) 1169B 12GHz InfiniiMax II series probe amplifier.
The Keysight 1169B offers outstanding connectivity solutions for high-density ICs and circuit boards, and offers real-time bandwidth to 12GHz specified and has 13GHz typical performance. With a DC attenuation ratio of only 3.45:1, the 1169B offers low noise floor and low loading for making highly sensitive signal measurements without compromising on signal integrity.
This flexible probe amplifier is loaded with measured S-parameters to give extremely accurate response correction and to support even the toughest and most demanding mechanical access requirements.
